Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine each patient’s unique needs and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that aim for optimal recovery and improved quality of life.
- Maintain a balanced patient caseload, allowing for attentive, one-on-one therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and preventive care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, especially in manual therapy techniques.
- Familiarity with EMR systems like WebPT is a plus.
