Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist!

We are looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team who is committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience. At our clinic, we pride ourselves on coordinating patient-centered care with an emphasis on evidence-based treatments. Our mission is to build strong relationships with our physician partners to ensure exceptional patient outcomes in a positive, supportive atmosphere. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 3 shorter days and 2 long days)
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively assess and address patients’ goals and needs.
  • Manage a patient caseload of 1 patient per hour, ensuring personalized care.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Help reduce reliance on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives for treatment.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques.
  • Create individualized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Washington.
  • Clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
  • Expertise in manual therapy techniques.
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
  • Proficient in using EMR systems, particularly WebPT.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
