Staff Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient | Windsor, CO

We are seeking a full-time Staff Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Windsor, Colorado. This position involves performing patient evaluations, developing and implementing customized treatment plans, and working closely with a collaborative healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, coordinating with referring physicians as needed.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to assess patient progress and address challenges.
• Build strong professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Experience with WebPT EMR is preferred but not required.
