Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in Colorado. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
