Location: Fairfax, Virginia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Virginia. This position is primarily responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. This opportunity empowers you to practice at the top of your license while giving you the chance to branch out into care coordination duties designed to standardize your hours and grow your career.

Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient (On-site)
Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and establish evidence-based therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education to promote optimal recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercises, pain management, and post-treatment care to support long-term health.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and best practices in physical therapy.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Virginia Physical Therapist License – Must be in good standing with the state board.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy – Accredited program completion required.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to Patient Care & Rehabilitation – Passion for helping individuals achieve their health and mobility goals.
  • Experience in Outpatient, Inpatient, or Home Health Settings (Preferred but not required; we welcome new graduates!)
  • CPR/BLS Certification – Must have or be willing to obtain.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing patient needs.
