Physical Therapist Opportunity in Wellington, Colorado

We are looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team at our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic. This full-time role involves evaluating patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with referring physicians.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to state regulations.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date patient records in line with clinic policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to track patient progress and address any treatment challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
