Outpatient Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Focus

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Greeley, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse patient population and is passionate about improving mobility and function through evidence-based therapy.

Role Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience, plus benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1-1 1/2 patients an hour.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Coordinate with referring physicians and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring quality care.
• Keep detailed and accurate patient progress notes.
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Colorado PT license or ability to obtain one.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with an evidence-based approach.
• Prior experience with WebPT EMR is a plus but not required.
