Physical Therapist – Join Our Outpatient Ortho Team | Manassas, VA

Overview
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Manassas, VA. If you're someone who enjoys helping patients get back on their feet—literally—and values time to focus on care over volume, this might be a good fit. You’ll treat a steady caseload, have support from a collaborative team, and see real progress with the people you work with every day.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or evening shifts

Pay & Benefits:

• $90,000–$100,000 annually
• Full benefits package includes:

Duties:

• One-on-one care: 1–2 patients per hour
• Develop treatment plans based on individual goals
• Use hands-on techniques and rehab tools to guide recovery
• Monitor outcomes and adjust as needed
• Keep detailed, compliant notes on patient progress

Qualifications:

• Licensed PT in Virginia
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT)
• Two or more years of experience in an outpatient ortho setting
