Outpatient Physical Therapist – Flexible Schedule, Focused Care | Manassas, VA

Overview
We’re adding a Physical Therapist to our team. This role is based in an outpatient orthopedic clinic that values quality time with patients, not volume. You’ll be supported by a solid staff and have access to modern tools so you can focus on what you do best—getting people moving again.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekend hours

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90K–$100K per year

Duties:

• Provide direct care to 1–2 patients per hour
• Create and update personalized care plans
• Apply therapeutic techniques and track patient outcomes
• Keep thorough documentation that supports recovery goals

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy degree (DPT or MPT)
• Virginia PT license
• At least 2 years of outpatient ortho experience
