Physical Therapist – Strong Team, Low Caseload | Woodbridge, VA

Overview
Our clinic in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist who enjoys spending real time with patients and working within a supportive team. This is a full-time position in an orthopedic outpatient setting where you’ll focus on recovery plans, progress, and meaningful outcomes—not high-volume turnover.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Weekends off

Pay & Perks:

• Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients one-on-one in a well-equipped clinic
• Perform evaluations and build treatment plans
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and tech tools
• Track progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Virginia as a PT
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Two years of experience in outpatient ortho preferred
