Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Location: Broomfield, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We are excited to announce that we have an open position for a Physical Therapist (PT) in our orthopedic rehabilitation facility in Colorado. As the Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.

Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and restore function.

Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and injury prevention education.

Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.

Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy practices.
Requirements:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
-
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation

CPR and First Aid certification

Proficiency in manual therapy techniques

Strong diagnostic, communication, and collaboration skills

Experience in sports medicine or working with athletes.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
