Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Your Role :

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health.
More tasks to be assigned
Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling
Active license asMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting
Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic
Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range of $100,000 to $105,000per year, based on caseload.
