Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients dealing with various mental health challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Offer supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
  • Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development activities.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position from Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Competitive salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required
  • Independent LPCC License by the state board
  • Ability to maintain clinical records and prepare related reports.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and make independent decisions based on professional knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.
