Job Summary:

Legacy Counseling is an outpatient private practice in Pennsylvania seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals and groups, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. Full-time salaried positions will be available for clinicians willing to have a caseload of 25 sessions per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards through SimplePractice.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health counseling through continuing education and training.
  • Expected to have a minimum caseload of 10 sessions per week.
  • Participate in marketing efforts such as but not limited to editing Psychology Today profile.
  • Attend weekly case review meetings to ensure quality care and support.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
  • Current Pennsylvania state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • 3+ years experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
