Position Overview:

Looking for a skilled and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering therapy services to clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and mental health needs. As a therapist, you will providing exceptional care to clients You will be responsible for conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 yearly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address clients' mental health needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with practice standards and state regulations.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines related to the practice of mental health therapy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active State Licensure as a Professional Counselor
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong connection with the team.
