Seeking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Needed

The counselor will provide guidance and support to foster the emotional, physical, and mental growth of clients through therapeutic interventions and positive role modeling. They will assist clients in alignment with established guidelines and best practices. In addition, the counselor is expected to consistently meet weekly productivity targets for service hours, contributing to the overall success of the program and the well-being of our clients.

Position: Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

Salary:

  • $90,000 to $100,000 a year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based techniques to address various mental health issues.
  • Regularly assess and document clients' progress toward treatment goals, making adjustments as needed.
  • Provide immediate support to clients in crisis and develop safety plans as necessary.
  • Work with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Active LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience.
  • Familiarity with mental health assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic techniques.
  • Ability to assess individual patient needs and evaluate care effectively.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and professionals.
