Location: Kaktovik, Alaska
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join our team in Alaska. In this role, you will provide in-person psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological assessments, evaluations, and testing to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
- Active Clinical Psychologist license (PsyD) in the state of Alaska (required).
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.
- Proficiency in psychological testing and interpretation.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
