Position: Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)
Location: Washington, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation:  $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time licensed psychologist with specialized experience in diagnosing ADHD and ASD. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. The ideal candidate will be a skilled diagnostician committed to providing high-quality assessments and collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during acute episodes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Participate in team consultations, case reviews, and professional development activities.
  • Utilize psychometric testing tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active licensure as a Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing ADHD and ASD in children.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a range of psychological assessments and tests (ADOS-2, WAIS-IV/WAIS-V, IVA-2, MMPI-2, SRS-2, etc).
  • Experience or willingness to learn the development of client-centered treatment plans.
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies and desire to deliver these services with the highest quality and ethical standards.
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
