Location: Corona, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

As we expand our services, we’re seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team. Whether your expertise is in working with individuals, couples, or families—or whether you specialize in trauma, assessments, neurodiversity, or mood disorders—we want to provide a platform for you to do your best work with the support you deserve.

The Licensed Psychologist will provide psychological services to clients across a range of presenting issues, with flexibility in caseload composition based on clinical interests. This role can be fully remote, in-person, or hybrid, depending on your location and preferences.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations (if applicable)
  • Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches to individuals, couples, or families
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as appropriate, to coordinate care
  • Create and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with California laws and ethical guidelines
  • Engage in peer consultations and optional team meetings for support and case discussion
  • Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements in good standing

Position Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Current and valid licensure as a Psychologist in California (required)
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication, clinical documentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfort with autonomy and working in a flexible clinical setting
  • Experience with EHR systems or willingness to learn
  • Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
