Full-time/Part-time Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Wanted in Heart Land Center

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional travel and flexibility in work hours may be required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

You will work in a dynamic and competitive sales environment, primarily targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and specialty clinics. You will collaborate with a high-performing sales team and work closely with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

This role offers a stimulating blend of relationship-building, product expertise, and strategic selling to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Salary:

$70,000 to $90,000 per year + commission and bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the assigned territory, identify new business opportunities, and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze customer needs and preferences, leveraging this knowledge to effectively position and promote our cutting-edge medical devices and solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators, through consultative selling and a deep understanding of their unique challenges and requirements.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the clinical benefits, features, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, providing valuable market insights to internal stakeholders and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, track customer interactions, and generate accurate forecasts and reports to effectively manage territory performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and professional development events to enhance product knowledge, expand professional networks, and represent our company as a trusted and knowledgeable expert.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, contribute to a collaborative and high-performance culture, and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role, with a strong network of contacts in the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex medical concepts and build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional revenue growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate performance reports.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and highly organized, with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work remotely.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
