We strive to help connect counselors with the clients who need them most all across the country through our online platform. A perfect candidate for this role would be a licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW with a passion and commitment to excellent care for clients within their preferred demographic. All clients that will be seen are pre-screened, stable, and have low acuity. This leaves you to do what you do best, care for clients from within your sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
  • Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health-related fields.
  • An active license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license. (We are not able to accept interns or therapists with limited permit who require supervision to provide individual therapy.)
  • A successful candidate will be independent in scheduling established clients, and case management, and will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Absolutely no disciplinary actions on your license.

Benefits:

  • Full-time counselors in this role can expect to make from $115,000 to $130,000 a year.
  • Counselors who work full-time are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
  • 100% remote, flexible schedule
  • Free use of the platform’s services as a client as long as you remain an active counselor on the platform.
  • Flexible schedule based on your needs.
