Salary:
$80,000 - $104,000 + Bonus
Qualification:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and medications.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, incorporating patient goals and preferences.
- Assist patients in navigating the complex mental health system, advocating for their rights and needs.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings.
