Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed

Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)! We play an important part in all aspects of caring for our community's children. This includes managing regional programs as well as providing hands-on assistance through federal and state efforts. Children's Services is committed to assisting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays in acquiring new skills, such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities, that normally emerge throughout the first three years of life. We conduct assessments and evaluations as LCSWs, actively participate in the preparation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), monitor progress as part of a collaborative team, and provide Early Intervention (EI) assistance to families for the benefit of the child.

This could be a part-time or full-time position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Conduct evaluations and assessments.

-Participate in the creation and implementation of IFSPs.

-As a team member, you will be in charge of overseeing progress.

-Provide aid to families in order to benefit the kid.

-Follow all federal and state rules.

-Perform evaluations and assessments.

-Develop relationships with children, families, and team members in order to create a supportive learning environment.

-Create a strategy with the family and recommend evidence-based practices in accordance with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.

-Implement IFSPs for enrolled families and recommend service frequency depending on the child's developmental state, family preferences, and concerns.

-Provide families with knowledge, skills, and assistance to help their kid develop.

-Use the coaching paradigm and educate in the natural environment.

-Follow all criteria to safeguard the health and safety of both our employees and the people we serve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate of Social Work.
  • Licensed by the Department of Public Health.
  • LCSW required
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Confident in adapting to various learning styles to meet the needs of each child and their individualized treatment plan
  • One year of experience working with children in early intervention.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
  • Bilingual encouraged
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Respectful to others and ability to collaborate well with the team.

SALARY:

$80,000-100,000
