Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Mental health counselor's duties also include connecting clients with local resources, conducting case management needs assessments, reaching out to the community, and providing interpretation and translation services as needed.

Flexible, Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
• May provide additional clinical support for other members of the clinical team in their absence. 
• Communicates with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization and payment. 
• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
