Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

You will serve as a resource to providers, patients, care coordinators, and performs complex. Responsibilities:

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree (MA) with 2-3+ years of related experience
- Certificates, license and registrations required: LCSW
- Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
- Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
- Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
- Strong verbal communication skills to counsel patients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
