Job Opportunity for Full Time Position as Licensed Clinical Social Worker
SALARY:
We are a dynamic addiction private practice seeking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. We do so with a transparent, collaborative culture fueled by genuine compassion for those in recovery. As a Counselor, you will play a critical role in clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires a high level of empathy, the ability to set boundaries, and the desire to work on a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting individuals.
SALARY:
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain detailed progress notes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans, ensuring that they are compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Work closely with clinical director on chart audits and signing off on individual and group notes.
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of care provided to clients.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling from an accredited program.
- Must hold a valid license as LCSW in the state of California.
- Must have 3 years of direct experience with addiction, dual diagnosis, mental health disorders, or evidence-based treatment approaches
