Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy based on evidence-based practices.
- Design and implement personalized care plans.
- Advocate for client access to community and social services.
- Partner with local organizations to enhance available resources.
- Support program initiatives through development and evaluation.
- Participate in team meetings and outreach projects.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in your state.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
