You will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base in a supportive, dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting while continuing to grow professionally and make a lasting impact on your community.

Who Are You:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in providing therapy and clinical services in an outpatient, clinical, or healthcare setting.
  • Specializations: Experience in trauma, grief counseling, family therapy, or working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, LGBTQ+, etc.) is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong therapeutic, assessment, and case management skills. Ability to create effective, client-centered treatment plans and foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
  • Commitment to Ethical Practice: Knowledge and adherence to ethical guidelines, state and federal laws, and best practices in clinical social work.
  • Cultural Competence: A commitment to providing culturally sensitive therapy, respecting diverse identities, and working with individuals from different backgrounds and life experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Individual and Group Therapy: Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and more.
  • Case Management: Assist clients in accessing resources such as housing, employment, and community services. Provide advocacy, support, and referrals as needed.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support to clients in crisis, offering stabilization and intervention as necessary.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that reflect individual needs and therapeutic goals. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct mental health assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing progress assessments. Provide diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment strategies based on client needs.
  • Collaborative Care: Work with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to coordinate and enhance client care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and clinic policies.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuing education and training to remain up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and ethical practices.
  • Supervision (if applicable): If desired, provide supervision to social work interns or other clinical staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

What We Offer:

  • Highly competitive compensation, with tiered rates for experience and caseload
  • Flexible scheduling — you set your hours, in-office, hybrid, or fully remote
  • Beautiful, quiet office space in Manhattan or Brooklyn (if desired)
  • W2 or 1099 options, depending on your needs
  • Clinical freedom within a structured, ethically grounded practice
  • Optional roles in supervision, group facilitation, writing, or program development
  • Professional development stipend and access to internal CE opportunities
  • A thoughtful, values-driven workplace that puts people first—clients and clinicians

If you're a driven LCSW who is dedicated to helping others and looking for a fulfilling, supportive environment to advance your career, we would love to hear from you.
