Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Mental Health

Location: Somerton, Arizona

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a fully licensed LCSW to provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse population of clients. The ideal candidate brings both clinical experience and a passion for social justice, equity, and meaningful therapeutic relationships. Whether you specialize in trauma, mood disorders, family systems, or underserved populations, your expertise is welcome here.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy (individual, couples, or family) in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
  • Document clinical notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and community partners
  • Attend team meetings, case consultations, and supervision (as needed)
  • Maintain an active caseload based on your availability and specialty areas

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Arizona (no LMSW)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (outpatient preferred)
  • Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice
  • Proficiency with EMRs and/or telehealth platforms (training available)
  • Bonus: Bilingual abilities, trauma certification, or experience with specific populations (e.g., children, LGBTQIA+, veterans)
