Full-Time Therapist – Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Minot AFB, North Dakota

This full-time LCSW position offers a balanced, structured workweek and the chance to focus on therapy in a well-supported environment. You’ll be working with adult clients, helping them build stability through effective clinical care and practical tools.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Annual Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 + benefits

Your Role:

• Provide goal-focused individual therapy
• Maintain clinical records that align with best practices
• Contribute to team discussions on treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
• Current North Dakota LCSW license
• Previous experience with adult mental health services preferred
