We are actively seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) who strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients. Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients’ needs and design tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using various therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable goals and track their progress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records that comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with advancements in therapeutic practices.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts State.
• Proven experience in therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
