Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Full Flexibility, Full Impact

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Design and revise therapy plans to meet patients’ evolving needs.
• Conduct assessments and maintain clear clinical documentation.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide well-rounded mental health care.

Salary: $90k to $110k per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
