Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth clinical evaluations and develop solution-driven treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals, ensuring cohesive and effective care delivery.
• Participate in ongoing peer reviews and case discussions to refine your skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support patients and their families with mental health education and access to resources.
• Integrate cutting-edge mental health research into your daily practice for better outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work and an active LICSW license in Washington state.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical psychotherapy setting.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based therapeutic interventions.
