Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 with full benefits

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and design effective treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care.
• Participate in peer reviews and case consultations to continually enhance your professional growth.
• Provide educational support to patients and families on mental health topics and available resources.
• Incorporate the latest advancements in mental health research into your daily practice.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work and an active LICSW license in Washington state.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques.
