Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engaging in regular consultations and reviews to continuously improve care delivery.
• Providing education on mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and available community resources.
• Applying cutting-edge research to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Washington state.
• At least two years of clinical psychotherapy experience.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques.
