Location: Malden, Massachusetts

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Massachusetts. In this role, you'll work directly with clients in a supportive, client-centered environment, delivering evidence-based care that helps individuals and families achieve meaningful change.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists as part of an integrated care team
  • Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and organizational standards
  • Optional: Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development programs

Ideal Candidate:

  • LICSW in Massachusetts (Required)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred, but we welcome strong new LICSWs too)
  • Experience in outpatient or community mental health preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Passion for providing inclusive, trauma-informed, culturally competent care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
