Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Spokane, WA
Job Summary:
We are hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to provide behavioral health services in outpatient clinics throughout Washington. This role focuses on practical, goal-based treatment, coordination of care, and long-term client support. Clinicians will have access to a supportive environment, with resources for growth and collaboration.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually + comprehensive benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and provide direct clinical services
- Develop and manage client-centered treatment plans
- Participate in team-based clinical care and case reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
- Attend continuing education and supervision
Qualifications:
- MSW and active LICSW license (Washington)
- Two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Skilled in outcome-based treatment planning
