SLP Position in Gresham, Oregon – Support Communication, Empower Independence

We’re offering an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to bring their clinical skills to a respected Assisted Living Facility. This is a chance to work with residents on enhancing speech, cognition, and swallowing—all within a collaborative setting that values results.

Role Overview:

• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM
• Expected Caseload: 35 sessions/week
• Compensation: $75K–$85K based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating communication and swallowing needs
• Developing patient-centered therapy plans
• Engaging with team members to align care approaches
• Educating caregivers and families
• Keeping records up-to-date and treatment strategies goal-focused

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in SLP
• Oregon state licensure
• At least two years of hands-on experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
