SLP – Assisted Living | Salem, Oregon

Residents in our facility are looking for a clinical professional to help them speak, eat, and interact with ease. If you're an SLP with a solid clinical background and a desire to work in a focused, well-organized setting, we want to hear from you.

Snapshot of the Role:

• Status: Full-Time
• Workdays: Monday–Friday, 9–5
• Patient Volume: 7 patients a day
• Annual Pay: $75,000 to $85,000

Core Duties:

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations for speech and swallowing disorders
• Delivering hands-on therapy using evidence-based practices
• Working closely with nurses, therapists, and caregivers
• Offering education to help residents and families understand care goals
• Keeping treatment records organized and timely

You’ll Need:

• A degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Master’s or Doctorate)
• Valid Oregon license
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in long-term or geriatric care
• Strong collaborative and assessment skills
