Speech Language Pathologist – Assisted Living Focus | Wilsonville, Oregon

Position Info:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM,
• Caseload: 7 patients a day
• Salary: $75,000–$85,000
• Status: Full-Time

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders
• Personalize care plans based on individual goals
• Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams
• Coach family members on speech and feeding techniques
• Keep documentation aligned with state and facility standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s/Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Oregon license
• Two or more years in a clinical setting, geriatric experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and proactive communication style
