Speech-Language Pathologist – Salem, Oregon 

We're looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to work directly with residents in our assisted living facility. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who values structured care and consistent support from a multidisciplinary team.

Quick Facts:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM –5 PM
• Visits: 35 per week (about 7/day)
• Compensation: $75K–$85K annually

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess speech and swallowing disorders
• Create individualized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with staff across disciplines
• Teach safe swallowing and communication techniques
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly

Candidate Must-Haves:

• Accredited SLP degree
• Active license in Oregon
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong communicator and team-oriented approach
