Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $250,000 to $350,000 + benefits

Who are we looking for?
Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
Valid and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
Proven experience in outpatient, surgical, or hospital settings preferred.
Proficiency in performing a wide range of orthopedic procedures, including joint and sports-related surgeries.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.

What you will do:
Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.
Conduct minimally invasive and complex orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repair.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Physician Assistants, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patient recovery, provide post-operative care, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on pre- and post-surgical care and rehabilitation strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient progress, and outcomes in compliance with clinic regulations.
