Full-time Physical Therapist Assistants Needed at Precision Meridian Health

You will work under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist, following focused treatment plans to help our patients achieve their therapy goals.
Our Precision Meridian Health specializes in offering a range of therapeutic services, including neuromuscular rehabilitation, sport-specific training, manual therapy, and modalities. Additionally, we have a particular focus on oncology rehab, providing specialized care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Under general supervision, we provide treatment under the functional supervision of a Physical Therapist, following focused treatment plans based on established goals. Instruct patients in physical therapy activities and in the use of equipment.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
- Executes plans of care as established by supervising Physical Therapist.
- This may include but is not limited to, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities prn, neuromuscular rehabilitation, sport specific training.
- Monitors patient's response to treatment and suggests treatment modifications based on specific needs and medical status.
- Reports patient concerns and/or responses to the Physical Therapist, as appropriate.
- Completes patient care and billing documentation and secures sign-off by Physical Therapist.
- Serves as a liaison between physical therapists and patients.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program or accredited school is required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience is required.
- Oncology rehab experience is preferred.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
