Full-time Psychiatrist MD Needed at Able Care Therapy Services

We are a well-established Able Care Therapy Services committed to providing accessible and high-quality psychiatric services to individuals. Our mission is to improve the mental health and overall well-being of our diverse community through comprehensive and compassionate care.

Within our clinic, we focus on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, psychotherapy collaboration, and community outreach. We are currently seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist MD to join our team in serving the mental health needs of our clinic.

We specialize in providing evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals of all ages, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence and sensitivity to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide medication management and monitor the effectiveness of prescribed medications.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to offer comprehensive care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
  • Provide consultation and collaborate with therapists and counselors on treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of patient assessments and treatment progress.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a specialization in Psychiatry from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure as a Psychiatrist with an active and unrestricted license.
  • Experience in community mental health or similar settings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and staff.

Salary:

$300,000 to $400,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
