Salary:

$30 - $35 per hour.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility for the evaluation and treatment of patients needing Acupuncturist services.
• Diagnoses and treats musculoskeletal conditions of the spinal column and extremities to prevent disease and correct abnormalities in the body.
• Examines patients to determine the nature and extent of the disorder.
• Performs diagnostic procedures including physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations.
• Treatment of general medicine and internal medicine conditions including but not limited to gyno, gastro, pulmonary and cardiac.
• Enhance and expand patient relations when possible.
• Perform any other duties as needed and/or requested by Metro’s Management team.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Acupuncture required
• Certified Acupuncturist credentialed from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) required.
• (3) years performing acupuncture required, 5 years preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
