Join Our Team as a Home Health Aide!

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our care team, providing essential support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you’ll follow personalized, one-on-one care plans, building genuine connections with each patient you serve. Your attention to detail, organization, and caring approach make a lasting impact, helping patients feel valued and supported in their health journey.

Salary: $37K TO $50K a year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support mobility, transfer assistance, and exercise according to each patient’s needs.
• Follow detailed care plans to ensure patient safety and comfort, adapting care as needed.
• Communicate openly with patients, families, and healthcare teams, documenting daily progress.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment for each patient.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Home Health or Hospice care is a plus, though not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or similar qualification, as required by state regulations.
