Our healthcare facility is renowned for delivering outstanding patient care across various specialties, including medical, surgical, rehabilitative, and long-term care. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work in different areas such as medical-surgical units, critical care, rehabilitation, and senior care. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Work Schedule: We understand the importance of work-life balance, and that's why we offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options to accommodate various availability preferences.

The work schedule for CNAs is typically organized in shifts to ensure round-the-clock care for our patients. Shifts may include:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Full-time CNAs generally work five shifts per week, totaling 36 to 40 hours. Part-time positions range from two to four shifts per week, totaling 20 to 30 hours.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, performance bonuses are provided to recognize and reward your dedication.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist with mobility and ambulation, providing support and ensuring patient safety.
  • Assist with meals, including feeding and providing nutritional support as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, ensuring comfort and hygiene.
  • Assist with transferring and positioning patients to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain proper body alignment.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient observations, interactions, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
  • Active certification and in good standing with the state regulatory agency.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform the required duties, including lifting and transferring patients.
