Work Schedule:

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate various availability preferences.

The work schedule for CNAs is typically organized in shifts to ensure round-the-clock care for our patients. Shifts may include:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Full-time CNAs generally work five shifts per week, totaling 36 to 40 hours.

Part-time positions range from two to four shifts per week, totaling 20 to 30 hours.

Salary:

$40,000-60,000 per year + performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assisting with mobility and ambulation, providing support and ensuring patient safety.
  • Assisting with meals, including feeding and providing nutritional support as necessary.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment, ensuring comfort and hygiene.
  • Assisting with transferring and positioning patients to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain proper body alignment.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Documenting patient observations, interactions, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
  • Active certification and in good standing with the state regulatory agency.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform the required duties, including lifting and transferring patients.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
