Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Pahrump, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 + benefits

There is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)in our team. Who are we looking for?

  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Nevada.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

What you will do:

  • Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapy techniques and exercises.
  • Document patient progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and strategies to enhance recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
