Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Location:Chesterfield , Missouri

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our reputable orthopedic outpatient clinic in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our collaborative rehab team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and functionality through hands-on care, this is the place to grow your career.

As a COTA in our orthopedic setting, you’ll work closely under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions—primarily focused on upper extremity function and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises tailored to improve function
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
  • Document patient progress and report updates to the OT
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Missouri state COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest or experience in orthopedic outpatient care preferred
  • New graduates are welcome—mentorship and support provided!
